Every effort is made to keep costs low while still providing a safe and fun event for you and your family. The cost to come to camp is in part covered by the annual FOS campaign held in your unit each year.
The fees for camp are due no later then one week before the start date of the camp that you wish to attend.
Please note that Webelos Weekends at Camp Wolfeboro are for Webelos and their parent only and are not family camps.
Those who register the week before the start date of the camp will be charged $25 more per person. This fee covers the extra cost of getting the supplies for camp in such a short period of time.
The camp will be limited to the first 300 Campers per event. You are encouraged to sign up early since most weekends will be at capacity.
Have 25 or more members of your pack sign up, and attend the same weekend. You will receive a camp T-shirt for every Cub Scout, and a S'mores kit for your entire campsite. (Siblings under 5 are excluded). If eligible, coupons will be distributed by the Camp Director at check-in.
In order to plan and prepare for the camping and program events, funds are expended far in advance of the actual event. When an individual or unit makes a reservation they are included in the ordering of the materials and staffing. Strict adherence to the Camp Refund Policy will be observed. Funds are allocated and spent in anticipation of the attendance of all who make reservations.
Scouts or adults unable to attend a camp due to illness, accidents or family emergency may request a refund of the fees paid for the camp. All refunds will be subject to the following procedures:
