The mission of the Mt. Diablo Silverado Council Shooting Sports Committee is to:

1. Support the safety, quality and quantity of shooting sports programs within the council:
• Wolfeboro
• Day Camp
• Family Camp
• Cub Scout Marksmanship Day
• Boy Scout Shooting sports Merit Badge Camp
• Boy Scout Marksmanship Shoot
2. Support Boy Scout and Venture unit shooting sports activities
3. Support adult shooting sports training
• NRA Training
• Archery Training
