2013 KEY DATES
JULY 8th: COUNCIL POPCORN EXTRAVAGANZA
AUGUST: DISTRICT KICK-OFFS
SEPTEMBER 3rd: Show N Sell Orders Due to trail’s End Website by 11:30am.
SEPTEMBER UNIT KICK-OFFS
SEPTEMBER 20th: Show N Sell Distribution Camp Herms. Must have post dated check (11-15-13) for product pick-up.
Priort to NOVEMBER 4th: Unsold Show N Sell returned to the office (before 2PM)
NOVEMBER 4th: Unit Prize Orders are to the trails-end website
NOVEMBER 4th: Unit Take Orders are due
NOVEMBER 15th: Take Order Distribution. Location: Camp Herms or Alameda Fairgrouds(check with your District Executive) Please remember to post date your checks to 12-1-13 for product pick-up
DECEMBER 6th: Unit Money due to Council
JANUARY 10, 2014: Warriors Scout Night
