University of Scouting/ Pow Wow

Welcome to Leader's Education and Discovery (L.E.A.D), the future of the combined Pow Wow and University of Scouting event. Our production team has been working hard planning an outstanding selection of courses for your education, inspiration, and enjoyment. I'm excited about our new theme: L.E.A.D.

Every Scouting leader wants to provide the best program possible for the Scouts they contact and to help you develop as a leader we offer a wide selection of courses.

This conference is the perfect destination for those who want it all. If you are a Cub Scout leader curious about Venturing, you have the opportunity to learn about the program.  If you want to learn more about the professional and volunteer relationship, we also offer that course. You couldn't possibly experience all the benefits of being a Scouter in one day, but we're going to try and no matter what you do in Scouting, we've got it. 

For those Scouters used to the events called Pow Wow and University of Scouting, the courses offered should satisfy your interest.  With eyes turned toward the future of Scouting and recognizing our past, welcome to L.E.A.D. 2009.
