Webelos to Scout Transition: A Guide for Parents
"Webelos to Scout Transition: A Guide for Parents" presentation will be held Tuesday, April 24th, 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm at Grace Episcopal Church, 130 Muir Station Road, Martinez, CA. This is an informative course that parents of Webelos and Bear Cub Scouts should attend. Remember that the Bear Cub Scouts will become Webelos in June and there are special Webelos activities during the summer.
Scoutmasters and/or Troop Membership Chairpersons are encouraged to attend as well.

Webeloree
Hello Cub Scout Leaders,
Attached is the flyer for the Webeloree. Please pass this along to your Webelos den and den leaders. The Webeloree is a great event for Webelos to camp with lots of other Webelos AND earn Webelos pins. Mark your calendar! There will be 2 events this year, one at Camp Herms, and a 2nd one at a location TBD.

Muir District Day Camp
Hello All,
We would like to invite you to our first planning meeting on Tuesday 3/6 at 7:30 pm. We will be meeting at the Council Office in Pleasant Hill. Our following meetings will be on Monday 3/26, 4/23, 5/7, 6/4, 6/18, & 7/9 at 7:30 in Pleasant Hill. If you know that you want to volunteer for a specific position please make sure to sign up at the first meeting, otherwise, it will be first come, first serve.
Cub Scout Roundtable
Cub Scout Roundtable is held every first Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm at the LDS Church, 1590 Denkinger Road, Concord. We discuss the next month’s Program Helps theme and other informative topics. Questions about Cub Scout Roundtable may be directed to Cynthia Mallory at 510-908-1677.
Boy Scout Roundtable
As the new year unfolds, district Boy Scout Troops will be adding first year scouts along with their parents into their units. The Boy Scout Roundtable fills in the need to bring the new parents up to speed by discussing scouting issues in an open format where they can learn from the experts or have an open discussion with experience Scout leaders.
